23-year old Daniella Alvarez was crowned as the New Senorita Colombia 2011 in Auditorio Barahona, Centro de Convenciones Julio César Turbay, Cartagena de Indias on November 14, 2011. She will represent Colombia at Miss Universe 2012., the venue will be announced soon.
She was crowned by the outgoing titleholder and Miss Universe 2011 Top 16 semifinalist, Catalina Robayo. 1st Runner Up is Magdalena's Melissa Varon who is expected to compete at Miss International 2012, 2nd Runner Up is Valle's Melina Serna who is expected to compete at Top Model of the World 2012, 3rd Runner Up is Cartagena, D. T. y C's Laura Cantillo who is expected to compete at Miss Intercontinental 2012 and 4th Runner Up is Cundinamarca's Thael Osorio who is expected at Reina Hispanomericana 2012.
