The finals for Miss Ecuador 2012 will be on March 16, 2012 (this Friday) at Roberto Rodríguez Venue Puerto Lucía Yacht Club , La Libertad, Santa Elena, Ecuador. 22 hopefuls are vying for the crown. Reigning Miss Ecuador and Miss Continente Americano 2011, Claudia Scheiss will crown her successor at the end of the event. Winners will go to Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss International while the 2 runners up will be entering 2 minor pageants.
As the finals is fast approaching (1 day more), UBC decides to release their bets for titles and crown. Ecuador was taken under the spotlight due to their 2 GrandSlam victories last 2011 (Miss International and Miss Earth) plus Ecuador's victory at Miss Continente Americano 2011.
