Originally crowned Nikolina Bojic was dethroned due to the aftermath reports that she is already married to a Canadian tennis player. And so her 1st Runner Up Aleksandra Doknic becomes the new Miss Serbia 2013 and will compete at Miss World 2013 at Bali, Indonesia. The new 1st Runner Up is Ana Vrcelj who will compete for Miss Universe 2013 at Panama.
